Many Top Ten for Designs

Just rediscovered the Hong Kong Art & Design Festival which took place in August had awarded 10 outstanding local designers. All TOP big names, who won't care more about another trophy on their shelves I guess. (Too) Obviously, it's not a bad strategy as a PR event instead for the private education institute probably. Another "top ten" from Toby is more suggestive and provocative to me.
